BNI Weekly Recap: October 18th, 2019

By: Bethesda Business BNI  |  Posted: October 18, 2019

Hello BNI Team,

I hope everyone had fun at last week's "give someone else's presentation" day. I was impressed with how well everyone did and how funny some of the presentations were.

We are bringing back monthly stack days. For November 15th we'd love to meet any contractors or tradespeople you know. On December 13th we welcome hairstylists and other personal care professionals.

So far, we have 11 members who have "liked" our Facebook Page. Considering we have 34 members in our group, I think we can do better. Remember that we also have a LinkedIn page if that's your platform of choice. Please be sure to like and engage with the posts to keep up to date with chapter information and to help promote the group.

Bagels and Business at the Bender JCC - Register for this free networking event on October 23rd. Yes folks, tomorrow morning!

We had lots of subs this week and a few visitors. A special thanks to Andy Stern for inviting the visitors this week.

  • For Christian Zamora // Lucas Hernandez (Servpro)
  • for Gary Altman // Ilya Sergeyko
  • for Marc Bruno // Mel Keller (V.W. Brown)
  • for Steven Feys // Bob Blair
  • for Steve Lorberbaum // Patricia

We missed you: Andrew Farkas, Cheryl Spell, Justin McCarty, Leslie Sandler

Our featured presenters last week were Dennis Elliott from McLean Mortgage Corp & Frank Milota with New York Life Insurance. Both gave great information about their businesses. If you missed the presentations, catch the replay on Facebook.

This week we have Alex Johnson introduced by Frank Milota, and Guy Brami introduced by Dennis Elliot.
